Tracking202 Updates Plus Revolution202

Over the weekend I noticed some cool updates from the Tracking202 team that I figured I would share.

1) We all knew that Tracking202pro has an affiliate program.  One thing that the Tracking202 guys just implemented was that you can use an affiliate link of theirs to sign people up for their free prosper202 & tracking202 services as well.  If the user then turns into a paid customer at any point down the line you get commissioned.  I think this is a pretty cool model.  I have no idea what percentage of free users become paid users but regardless, it doesn’t hurt to get people signed up through your affiliate link.  One reason that I think this is good is because a lot of experienced affiliate marketers do mentor newer guys (One thing that’s really cool about this industry).  I would think that most of them are telling the newbies to sign up to prosper202 or tracking202 so at least if they upgrade they can make some pocket change down the line off the newb.

2) Although the tracking202 guys have always had an affiliate network, it looks like they are either launching a new one or rebranding under the name revolution202.  I’m sure there will be angry comments about how the tracking202 team now has your tracking data plus your affiliate data and they will now steal your campaigns and take over the world.  Believe it if you want, but it isn’t true.  I’ve never met more honest and down to earth guys then Wes & Steven.  What differentiates revolution202 from the zillions of other networks out there?  I’m not sure yet, but when I find out, I will share the info.

If you are not using prosper202 or any of tracking202’s other solutions yet to track your affiliate campaigns, you should give it a try.  I do use prosper202 and it’s awesome (did I mention it’s free?)

This is NOT a PAID post and I’m not selling you anything.  I feel like the Tracking202 guys have given so much to the affiliate marketing community, I am giving a little back to them.
